If you do not have the time or desire to prepare your own meals, you can use our meal services. This is provided by an external catering company. You can sign up for this during your registration. It is not possible to participate in the meals without having registered for them in advance.

Breakfast Every morning you can enjoy a complete breakfast. During the walking days, breakfast is served from 02:00 to 10:00. On the other days, it is from 08:00 to 10:00. On the final Saturday, breakfast is from 08:00 to 09:00.

Lunch As a walker or checkpoint volunteer, you can put together a packed lunch during breakfast. If you are not walking (e.g., if you dropped out), you can have lunch between 12:00 and 13:30.

Hot Meal Cooking for yourself is allowed! But you are also welcome to join the other participants at the buffet. An excellent meal is prepared every day by our chefs.

  • Sunday, July 19 BBQ Meat: Beef skewer, marinated chicken breast, pork tenderloin satay, beef burger Sides:Garnished beef salad, pasta salad and pointed cabbage salad, satay (peanut) sauce, garlic sauce, and cocktail sauce, 2 types of baguette, and herb butter
  • Monday, July 20 Chicken roulade with mixed vegetables and potato gratin
  • Tuesday, July 21 Spaghetti/Macaroni with minced beef, fresh vegetables, diced pickles, raw vegetable salad, and grated cheese
  • Wednesday, July 22 Dutch beef stew (hachee) with apple-red cabbage and mashed potatoes
  • Thursday, July 23 Nasi/bami (fried rice/noodles) with chicken and vegetables + 2 chicken satay skewers with sauce served separately + atjar tjampoer (pickled vegetables), prawn crackers, sambal, and omelet strips
  • Friday, July 24 Bratwurst (beef, pork) with creamed spinach and mashed potatoes
