Participation on the Scouts 4-Days Camp is exclusive to those who are a member of Scouts Netherlands or members of the groups that are affiliated with the WOSM or WAGGS (international scouting organisations).
Exceptions to this rule include parents/guardians accompanying their son or daughter who is a member of the above-mentioned organizations. Additionally, an exception is made for participants who were members in the past but are no longer, AND who have attended the 4-Day Camp for the past few years without a major interruption (max. 2 years). If there are other reasons, please contact the secretariat.
This year, for the first time, registration for the Scouting 4-Day Camp will take place via our own registration system. Unfortunately, our registration system is only available in Dutch at the moment.
Brief guide to registering for the 4-Day Camp and ordering merchandise:
Participants of the 2024 4-Day Camp will receive an email between March 28, 2025, and April 1, 2025, containing their username and temporary password to log into the system.
If you have not received an email or are a new participant, please send an email with your initials, first name, last name, date of birth and your membership number of your scouting organization to inschrijvingen@4daagsekamp.nl. We will create an account for you, and you will receive your login details via email.
Upon logging in, you must immediately choose a new password to ensure the security of everyone's data.
After logging in, you will see a menu at the top of your screen with several options:
- Home – This is the main menu where you can view your personal details as recorded in our system. Here, you can also see any linked children.
- Inschrijven: This menu shows all registration options.
- Loper: Use this option to register as a Walker for the camp.
- Loper Extern: Use this option to register as an external Walker.
- Ondersteuner: Use this option to register as a Supporter. (Supporters are not staff but assist one or more Walkers.)
- Medewerker: Use this option to register as a staff member.
- Kind Medewerker: Use this option to register your child(ren) for the camp.
- Gast: Use this option to register a guest for the camp.
- Merchandise
- Bestellen: Use this option to order merchandise.
- Wekken
- Wektijd instellen: Here, you can specify your wake-up times.
- Deelnemer
- Mijn inschrijvingen: View all your registrations and download invoices.
- Mijn bestellingen: View all your orders and download invoices.
- Persoonsgegevens: Update your personal details. Currently, not all details can be changed. If you need to update something that is not available for modification, please email inschrijvingen@4daagsekamp.nl.
- Uitloggen: Use this option to log out of the system.
At the moment, our system does not send emails yet. You will need to download the invoices yourself from our system.

Forgot your username or password? Send an email to inschrijvingen@4daagsekamp.nl, and you will receive a new temporary password as soon as possible.

Merchandise orders can be placed until June 1, 2025. After this date, items will only be available at the VIP area (while supplies last).
